At Shivajeet Decor, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel or modify your event booking, we request you to inform us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within this period may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the nature of the booking and expenses already incurred.
For cancellations requested less than 7 days before the event date, refunds may not be possible due to advance arrangements, purchases, and manpower commitments. However, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or provide alternate options where possible.
All refunds (if applicable) are credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. For any concerns, please contact our team with your booking ID and details.

If you wish to return or exchange your product, please do so within 5 days of delivery
