At Shivajeet Decor, we understand that plans can change. To cancel or modify your event booking, please inform us at least 7 days in advance. Modifications within this window may be eligible for partial refunds based on expenses already incurred for your unique decor setup.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are generally non-refundable due to pre-committed manpower, floral purchases, and logistical arrangements.
For our boutique products (such as Pujan Samagri or Floral Jewellery), if you wish to return or exchange your item, please initiate the request within 5 days of delivery.
Once approved, your replacement product will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days to ensure your rituals or ceremonies proceed without delay.
All eligible refunds are processed with precision and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
