Returns and exchanges are offered by Shivajeet Decor based on the specific terms provided on the product page. Not all services or products may be eligible for returns or exchanges. For each service or product category, please refer to the relevant return/exchange policy mentioned on the product or service details page, which will prevail over the general returns policy.
Customers can cancel their order via their account until the product or service has been dispatched or arranged. Once the service or product has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
Shivajeet Decor’s return and exchange policy allows customers to return or exchange items purchased, if applicable, within the specified return/exchange period (check the product or service details page for further information). We kindly request that all items be returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging. For handmade products such as jewelry, please ensure they are not used or damaged.
If a customer wishes to return a purchased product, they will need to send the item to our designated address. Upon successful receipt of the product, a refund will be issued in accordance with our policy.
